4. Design, Materials & Installation

• All cabinetry and joinery are custom-made according to client-approved drawings and specifications.

• Colour, texture, and grain variations in natural materials (like timber or stone) are normal and not considered defects.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring site readiness, including access, power, and clear work areas.

• We take care to protect your property but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues.

5. Changes and Cancellations

• Any changes requested after confirmation may affect cost and project timeline.

• Cancellations made after production has started may result in partial or full loss of the deposit, depending on materials and work already completed.

6. Warranty

• We stand by the quality of our workmanship.
